During my recent stay at Check Inn Express Taichung Yizhong, I found two features of the hotel to be particularly convenient. the location of the hotel was ideal for me as a transit traveler. Being just 1.9 km away from Taichung, it made it easy for me to continue my journey without any hassle. the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to Taichung Ching Chuan Kang, which is a major advantage for travelers needing to catch a flight, as it is only 20 km away.
One minor inconvenience I experienced during my stay was the poor communication regarding room service. There were times when I had to call multiple times to request certain amenities or inquire about the hotel's services.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot for exploring. I loved the peaceful street with little cafes and restaurants around. Also, it's just a short walk to a bustling night market and tourist bus stops. The staff was super friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and the room was cozy with a comfy bed and a nice little balcony.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Spent New Year's Eve at a cosy hotel in a perfect location! Loved the fact that it was situated in a quiet street filled with cute cafes and local restaurants, yet only a five-minute walk away from a bustling night market. Plus, it was a stone's throw away from a beautiful temple that we visited during the day. the room was very clean, and the staff were at our service 24/7, always ready to help with anything we needed.
Only one key was provided for four people, which was a bit inconvenient when we had different plans. the bathroom shower cabin was small and not designed well, and sometimes it was difficult for us to close the door.

Some aspects of the bathroom design could be improved to make it more functional.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. , the staff members were helpful whenever needed. The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions. the room had power outlets near each bed, making it convenient for charging devices.
The bathroom was poorly designed, making it difficult to close the shower cabin door and the washbasin was leaky. the room cleaning was only on request, which was not very convenient.

During my recent transit stay in Taichung, I chose to book a room at Check Inn Express Taichung Yizhong. One of the main reasons I selected this hotel was its convenient location. Situated just 20 km from Taichung Ching Chuan Kang, it provided a hassle-free commute to and from the airport. being only 1.9 km away from Taichung, it offered easy access to the city center and its attractions.
The design of the bathroom, particularly the cabin shower door, was a bit problematic.
